Brett was prompt on the quote for an over head heater replacement at my commercial building, he is super knowledgeable in his trade and the pricing was very competitive. The attention to detail and customer service I experienced was exceptional shout out to Curtis the installer that day he impressed me with his level of professionalism and over all likeability which for me having trades working in my renters properties is very important to me. We did have a snag the day after the job a very minor thing an air hose had failed on the unit it was defective from the factory BR Plumbing responded swiftly that day and fixed the problem that day. This to me speaks volumes for what kind of company they are because when things go wrong in the construction industry true colors of people are shown. BR has pride of workmanship which shines through on all levels.

I came home at 7 pm on a Friday to find my hot water tank flooding my basement, I called and within half an hour Brett got back to me and we had set up a replacement for the next day. The guys arrived on time, early even, and were amazing throughout the process. They got there at 8:30 am and by 10:30 everything was changed out, the old tank and garbage hauled away, and the matter sorted. I would absolutely use BR again."
